Type: Bracelet

Description: 3 rows of approx. 24mm cultured pearls strung and knotted with 2-14k yellow gold spacer bars equally dividing lenght of bracelet and providing stability. Clasp is hand fabricated, mechanical clasp with diamond melee set in channel and pavé set in 14k yellow gold.

Method: Clasp was designed so that top piece could be created in wax and cast, then assembled via hand construction methods for building bayonet-type clasp with hidden mechanism. Pearls were strung to the clasp on three separate strands with knots between each pearl and fine gold coil protecting final knots from friction damage. 2 spacer bars were used to stabilize strands of pearls.

Circa: 1993

Dimensions: Approx. 150mm length by 24mm wide, clasp being approx. 28mm long by 8mm wide by 10mm high
