Type: Gold and diamond necklace

Description: 18k yellow gold necklace with hand assembled, articulated links holding approx. 26ct of round brilliant cut diamonds.

Method: Tapering sizes of individual links to set round brilliant cut daimonds of varying sizes beginning with a approx. 1ct diamond in the center, and tapering to approx. .12ct diamonds at the clasp. Clasp also held a diamond and appeared invisible when fastened. All links were carved from wax and cast in gold. Diamonds were set via 2 prongs on one side and a channel in the chevron shape on the opposing side in each link.
