Type: Lady's 3-stone diamond engagement ring Description: Platinum ring mounting for two approx. 0.75ct each round brilliant cut side diamonds set in three prongs each, and one approx. 1.50ct round brilliant cut center diamond set in four prongs. Method: Photographs at left designate the process of producing this ring design from wax model to finished piece. Top left and right photos show carved wax ring design with "sprue" attached at base of ring shank, ready for casting. Second row, left and right photos show "rough" platinum casting prior to finishing. Third row, left photo shows the ring after preliminary sizing and finishing in preparation for setting diamonds.
